PENGARUH PENERAPAN TOTAL QUALTY MANAGEMENT DAN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PADA SENTRA KERIPIK TEMPE SANAN

This study aims to analyze the effect of total quality management (TQM) and supply chain management (SCM) on performance at MSMEs of Tempe Chips Center Sanan Malang City. Tight competition due to product similarity is the main challenge for MSMEs to improve company performance. This type of research is explanatory using quantitative methods. Sampling uses a census sample, and a total of 95 SMEs from the Sanan Tempe Chips Center in Malang City were obtained as respondents. Data collection in this study used questionnaires distributed directly to MSME actors. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the analytical tool used is SPPS 26. The results showed that total qualty management (TQM) has a significant positive effect on company performance, supply chain management (SCM) has a significant effect on company performance. Supply chain management (SCM) has a dominant influence on company performance.
