PERANCANGAN FITUR REKOMENDASI ADVOKAT PADA PLATFORM HUKUM DENGAN METODE UX JOURNEY

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the way users access legal services, but the challenge of providing relevant and trustworthy advocate recommendations is still a major problem. This research aims to design an advocate recommendation feature on a legal platform using the UX Journey method to improve user experience. The research method used is a case study with qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including interviews and surveys, to identify user needs. The research results show that implementing UX Journey can increase the relevance of advocate recommendations and help users choose legal services that suit their needs. Apart from that, a transparent system for verifying advocates' work experience also plays an important role in increasing user trust. The conclusion of this research confirms that a UX Journey-based approach can increase user satisfaction and comfort, as well as facilitate access to quality legal services.
