Solusi Desain UI/UX pada Aplikasi Kelola Keuangan Pribadi untuk Mahasiswa dengan Metode UX Journey

Personal finance management applications have become an urgent necessity for students to help manage their finances more efficiently. However, existing applications are not intuitive and do not fully meet user needs. There is a lack of financial trend analysis graphics, limited report export formats, and insufficient reminder or notification features to help users manage their expenses. This research aims to design a UI/UX for a personal finance management application for students using the UX Journey method. This approach begins with user needs analysis through interviews, observations, and testing, which then results in a prototipe with features such as financial graph visualization, flexible report export options, and expense reminders. Testing showed a significant increase in user ease in viewing financial trends (from 44% to 92%), report exporting (from 36% to 100%), and managing reminders (from 52% to 84%), with a usability testing score of 93. This confirms that the UX Journey method is effective in creating an intuitive application design that meets user needs and is expected to significantly enhance students' financial literacy
