Abstract

In marketing activities including in the food business, repurchase interest is one of the main indicators of a business's success. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of product quality and price on repurchase interest mediated by customer satisfaction at Republik Jajan in Batu City. The population in this study were Republik Jajan customers who had consumed and made purchases more than 2 times. This research method uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 180 respondents and data analysis using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, price does not have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with customer satisfaction as a mediator, and price does not have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with customer satisfaction as a mediator.
