Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Cak Mun Meatball Stall in Probolinggo City. This research was conducted with a sample size of 96 respondents. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to consumers of Cak Mun Meatball Stalls in Probolinggo City. Data collection using questionnaire distribution. The data analysis method used is the scale range and Partial Least Square (PLS) assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) to test and analyze the relationship between the independent variables (product quality and promotion), and the dependent variable (purchase decision). The results showed that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
