Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on intention to stay mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of PT XYZ Surabaya, totaling 55 employees. The data analysis method used is path analysis which is assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that perceived organizational support had no significant effect on intention to stay. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on intention to stay. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on intention to stay mediated by job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on intention to stay. Perceived organizational support has a significant effect on intention to stay mediated by organizational commitment.
