PERAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA EKONOMI, KESEHATAN, DAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI KABUPATEN DAN KOTA PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

Human development encompasses the process of improving the quality of human life. The Human Development Index (HDI) is used to measure the achievements in the level of societal welfare. This is focused on enhancing the well-being of the community through better access to economic, healthcare, and education infrastructure. This research is titled “The Role of Economic, Health, and Education Infrastructure on Community Welfare in the Districts and Cities of East Java Province.” The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of economic, health, and education infrastructure on the improvement of the Human Development Index (HDI) in the Districts and Cities of East Java Province. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effect Model method, with research objects being 38 districts and cities in East Java Province from 2018 to 2022. The result of this study that the variables of economic and health infrastructure have a positive and significant impact on the Human Development Index in East Java Province. Meanwhile, the variable of education infrastructure does not have an impact on the Human Development Index in East Java Province.
