Abstract
The industrial revolution 4.0 encourages efficiency and utilization of renewable energy to reduce dependence on coal. This causes organizational changes, resulting in the risk of job loss and job insecurity. High job insecurity has a negative impact on both employees and companies, so control is needed through good emotional intelligence. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational change and emotional intelligence on employee job insecurity at PT X. This study uses a quantitative correlational method with 129 research subjects selected through incidental sampling techniques. The measuring instruments used are the Job Insecurity Questionnaire (JIQ), the Organizational Change scale, and the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale.
