Abstract
Pineapple (Ananas comosus) is a leading Indonesian commodity with high economic value, but the production of quality seedlings is still a challenge. Tissue culture with ZPTs such as Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) and Thidiazuron (TDZ) can accelerate seedling propagation efficiently. This consider points to assess the combination of BAP and TDZ concentrations to determine the ideal detailing within the increase of pineapple shoots of qoeen bogor assortment. The consider was conducted employing a randomized complete block design (RCBD) resulting in 6 combinations and 1 control, the combination included BAP (1 mg/L, 2 mg/L) and TDZ (0.1 mg/L, 0.2 mg/L, 0.3 mg/L), with 4 samples per treatment and 4 repetitions. The formulated MS medium was tested for pineapple planlet multiplication for 12 weeks, with perceptions of parameters such as number of leaves, number of shoots, and explant height. informations were analyzed utilizing orthogonal contrast and 5% BNJ test. The results obtained, the treatment showed a real interaction in the treatment compared to the control on the formation of callus, shoots and leaves. The combination results showed no significant interaction on the formation of callus, tillers, shoots, and leaves of Queen pineapple plants.
