ANALISIS YURIDIS SOSIOLOGIS PENYELIDIKAN DAN PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI DALAM PENGURUSAN SERTIPIKAT HAK GUNA BANGUNAN (SHGB) DI BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL (BPN) KABUPATEN MALANG (Studi Kasus Di Kepolisian Resort Kota Malang)

Corruption in Indonesia is a phenomenon that is considered concerning in people's lives. One of them is Corruption involving the administration of Building Use Rights Certificates (SHGB), namely in the realm of land. Civil Servants who should be role models for the community, but abuse their authority while serving as Head of Section at the National Land Agency of Malang Regency, by asking for more operational payments from applicants related to the administration of Building Use Rights Certificates (SHGB). This study aims to determine the Investigation and Investigation procedures at the Malang City Police Resort level. The type of research used in writing this study is a Juridical Sociological or Empirical review. This final assignment obtains the result that Investigation and Investigation related to Corruption cannot be applied with a single article, referring to the provision of a deterrent effect on the suspect. In its implementation, the police are expected to have sharp analytical skills to ensure that the single article applied is less effective. In addition, the use of a single article can raise concerns regarding the potential for incomplete evidence, where other key elements in the act of Corruption could be missed.
