HUBUNGAN VIKTIMISASI TEMAN SEBAYA DENGAN PERILAKU SELF HARM PADA MAHASISWA FIKES UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG

Behavior this self-harm considered very noteworthy because of can referring to the relationship victimization . Victimization play a role important in push individual For commit self-harm as method For relieve pressure emotional . This also causes condition feeling separated hope , depression , pressure life , attitude impulsive , incompetent accept condition physical , bullying , suppressed aggression , abuse alcohol and drugs , as well as isolation social . The purpose of study This is For understand connection victimization and self- harm , preventing serious mental disorders , and develop intervention towards the victim.
Method: Research study This use Multidimensional Peer- Victimization Scale (MPVS) and Self-Harm Inventory (SHI) , population study is student The 2023 batch of health workers from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang totaled 188, and with random sampling technique . Variables questionnaire study This is connection victimization , whereas For variable others , namely questionnaire behavior self-harm . Data used is correlation test analysis coefficient contingency .
Results : Analysis results show that majority Respondent own level victimization based on the Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale (MPVS) which is classified as low (87.7%), while only 2.1% of respondents have level victimization tall . While the respondent's SHI No show self-harm behavior (88.9%), with only part small entry category light (6.8%) and tends to psychopathology (4.3%).
Conclusion: Research This find significant relationship between victimization Friend peers ( measured) with MPVS) and self-harm behavior in students Health Sciences University of Muhammadiyah Malang, although reason Healthy Faculty No too strong . Important For do effort prevention , such as moral development programs and support mental health , for reduce risk .
