TERAPI RELAKSASI OTOT PROGRESIF DENGAN TERAPI MUROTTAL TERHADAP NYERI AKUT PADA PASIEN Tn. C DENGAN DIAGNOSA MEDIS DIABETIC FOOT

Background: Diabetic ulcers are a microvascular complication that often occurs in diabetes mellitus patients, especially type 2 diabetes. These wounds can cause gangrene, joint damage and even amputation. Because of this wound, the problem that patients often experience is pain.Tujuan: Untuk melakukan intervensi terapi relaksasi otot progresif dengan terapi murottal pada pasien penyakit diabetic foot.
Method: The research method used in preparing this final scientific work for nurses uses a case study report. Using Mc Gill Scale for pain measure. The author follows the scientific method of nursing process rules which include: assessment, data analysis, nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation.
Results: After the intervention of progressive muscle relaxation therapy with murottal therapy for 3 consecutive days in patients with type two diabetes with diabetic foot complications, the nursing diagnosis of acute pain. The evaluation we get after doing implementation is pain a bit better.
Conclusion: Nursing problems include acute pain which is a priority nursing diagnosis. The intervention applied to the patient was progressive muscle relaxation therapy with murottal therapy. The implementation carried out is in accordance with the nursing intervention plan. The evaluation obtained was effective reduced pain.
