ANALISIS PEMELIHARAAN MESIN DALAM UPAYA MEMPERCEPAT PROSES PRODUKSI PADA CV. ARTOMORO EGGTRAY

CV.Artomoro Eggtray is a manufacturing company that produce Eggtray in the Blitar. This study aims to determine and anlyize that occur in the problems machine and processproduction at the CV.Artomoro Eggtray. This research is also intended to find out what causes the problems that often occur in machines that cause congestion on production machines and affect next process. Thea anlytcal tools used in this pareto charts , fishbone analysis and FMEA.Based on the result of data processing using fishbone anlysis the problem of machine jams is mostly caused by human factors, the environment and the lack of employee knowledge about how to use machines (method). Product damage that often occurs when the result are out a lot befalls during the final process. The product experienced a dent with a total 71 eggtrays . Therefore the need for companies to evaluate and make improvements in order to solve problembs during the production process so that production can meet company targets.
