PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN, GAYA HIDUP DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PRIBADI GENERASI Z PADA CASHLESS SOCIETY

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle and locus of control partially and simultaneously on the personal financial management ability of generation z in a cashless society. A total of 100 generation z in Kampung Asem Jaya were sampled in this study which was taken by purposive sampling technique. The research uses primary data in the form of questionnaires through google forms. The data analysis technique in the study used multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the spss 29 program. The results of this study show that financial literacy has a significant effect on personal financial management skills, lifestyle has a significant effect on personal financial management skills, and locus of control has a significant positive effect on personal financial management skills. Simultaneously, financial literacy, lifestyle, and locus of control have a significant influence on the way generation z manages finances when using features in a cashless society.
