Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on burnout. To analyze whether social support moderates the effect of workload on burnout. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study is 50 employees of the Griya Pelopor Budaya Production House film promotion team and the sample in the study is 50 people. The sampling technique of this study uses the total sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis method used moderated regression analysis (MRA) with SPSS 29. The results of this study show that workload has a significant positive effect on employee burnout of the Griya Pelopor Budaya Production House film promotion team. Social support is not able to moderate the effect of workload on burnout. Therefore, social support is not a moderation variable in this study. This means that the social support variable cannot strengthen or weaken the effect of workload on burnout.
