Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the company CV. Aneka Grafika. The population of this study were employees of CV. Aneka Grafika in the production department which is the department with the largest number of employees and the most important part in producing quality products. The sampling technique used total sampling, namely all employees in the production department totaling 91 employees. This type of research is explanatory research using quantitative methods. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use scale ranges and Partial Least Square. The results of the scale range show that employee retention is in the fairly high category, the work environment is in the fairly good category, and job satisfaction is in the fairly satisfied category, and the results of the study show that the work environment has a significant effect on employee retention. The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee retention. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of the work environment on employee retention.
