Abstract
This study uses employee loyalty as a mediating variable to test how organizational culture affects organizational citizenship behavior. A total of 41 employees of the engineering department of PT Lamong Energi Indonesia who are BUMN employees became the population and sample of the study. By using SMARTPLS 4 software, the data analysis method used is partial least square (PLS). The results of the analysis, it can be concluded: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty; (3) Employee Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; and (4) Employee Loyalty mediates the effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research is important because it explains how corporate culture can improve organizational citizenship behavior and employee loyalty that can support company operations.
