Abstract

Muhammad Fitra Ramadhan, 20171005031100, “The Effectiveness of the SAMBAT ONLINE Complaint Application in 2021 in Malang City (Study of the Communication and Informatics Office of Malang City), Total pages 155, Total references 19, Supervisor: Drs. Krishno Hadi, M.A.
This study aims to determine the effect of public service effectiveness, on SAMBAT Online services or Complaint Services and the extent to which it affects the performance of the Malang City Government, especially the Malang City Communication and Informatics Office. The Communication and Informatics Office of Malang City as a population with the research subject is 54 employees consisting of employees with ASN status and without Honorary Employees Data collection techniques in the form of secondary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires. While data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of statistical application program for social science (SPSS v.22).
The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Online Complaints SAMBAT Online Malang City from the results of this test, the relationship pattern used in the variable construct, can be considered in the performance diterminan so that the same pattern can be used as a consideration for subsequent research.
In addition, the theoretical support of this research is that the effect of the effectiveness of online complaint services is found, each of which has elements and can be tested separately and can be used to measure employee performance, and the performance of the application.
