HUBUNGAN ANTARA ANXIOUS ATTACHMENT STYLE DENGAN ROMANTIC BELIEFS PADA INDIVIDU DEWASA AWAL YANG BERPACARAN

Attachment style is an emotional bond formed in childhood. One component of attachment is anxious attachment style, which is characterized by a person's apprehension in starting a romantic relationship. Meanwhile, romantic beliefs are individual beliefs that refer to romantic relationships. The purpose of this study is to see if there is a relationship between anxious attachment style and romantic beliefs. This study uses quantitative methods with a total of 116 participants consisting of men and women who are dating. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The instruments in this study used the Adult Attachment Scale (AAS) by and Romantic beliefs Scale (RBS). Then for the analysis method in this study using the Spearman correlation test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic version 25. The results showed a value of ρ = 0.464 (p < 0.05), with the conclusion that there is a positive relationship between anxious attachment style and romantic beliefs.
