Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Person Job Fit on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Mebel UD. Rama Indah Jombang. The research conducted was a study using quantitative methods. The population of the study was 40 employees at Mebel UD. Rama Indah Jombang. The sample determination used the total sampling method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 40 employees in the production sector. The data collection technique used by the researcher was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was path analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the study proved that Person Job Fit had a significant effect on employee performance, Person Job Fit had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance and Person Job Fit had an effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employees at Mebel UD. Rama Indah Jombang.
