Abstract
Turnover intention or the desire to leave a job can occur to individuals who currently uncomfortable with their job, one of the causes is work stress. Individuals with high resilience will not easily have the intention to resign from their jobs because they are able to overcome the challenges and choose to stay at work. This study was conducted to see how big the influence of work stress and resilience on turnover intention. The researcher used a quantitative method with multiple linear analysis techniques with the help of JASP software version 0.19.1. By using a total sampling technique of 192 people who were piecework employees at PR. X and were given the Turnover Intention Scale (TIS), Job Stress Scale (JSS), and The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) questionnaires. The results showed that work stress and resilience had an effect on turnover intention of R² = 0.662 (66.2%) with details of work stress 0.555 (55.5%) and resilience 0.106 (10.6%).
