ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PUMK PT PETROKIMIA GRESIK TERHADAP LAPORAN LABA USAHA DALAM PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH TAHUN 2022 (Studi Kasus pada Mitra Binaan Industri CV Bangsawan Indonesia Textil)

This scriptpreneur research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the PUMK program in increasing business profit reports through waste management with a case study on industrial partners CV Bangsawan Indonesia Textil. The PUMK program is a form of social and environmental responsibility program managed by PT Petrokimia Gresik. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and literature reviews. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the PUMK program has a significant impact on increasing business profit reports while encouraging good waste management practices. Effective monitoring, ongoing coaching and mentoring, administration that is in accordance with capabilities, achievement of the objectives of the PUMK program, credit collectibility or rate of return, and SNI certification are the main factors in the success of the program.
