This study analyzes Indonesia's efforts to increase coffee bean exports to Egypt. This research was conducted through a literature study by examining the development of Indonesian coffee beans in Egypt and how Indonesia's efforts to increase the volume of coffee bean exports to Egypt. The conceptual framework used in this study is the concept of international trade and Commercial Diplomacy theory from Naray. The increase in Indonesian coffee exports to Egypt cannot be separated from the government's role in establishing cooperation in the trade sector with the Egyptian government which also has a positive impact on increasing Indonesian coffee exports to Egypt. From the results of the analysis of the conceptual framework and theory, it can be concluded that Indonesia conducts international trade to increase coffee exports to Egypt by making several forms of effort including participating in international coffee events in Egypt as a communications effort, holding Agri Expo Indonesia, participating in trade shows held by the government Egypt and the cooperation of the Indonesian Embassy in Cairo with coffee entrepreneurs in Egypt. This research also shows that efforts to increase Indonesia's coffee exports to Egypt were carried out within the framework of an international trade mission to Egypt. This refers to the context of Indonesia as an agricultural country, coffee is one of the main export commodities that Indonesia relies on in the international market.
