PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN BANGGAI KEPULAUAN

The Banggai Kepulauan Regency Land Office is located on one of the islands in Central Sulawesi, this condition causes the average employee there to live far from their families because of the placement decision letter from the center. One of these phenomena is a trigger for work stress. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of work stress on the performance of employees at the Banggai Kepulauan Regency Land Office. The research method used was quantitative correlation, the subjects in this study were all employees at the land office totaling 46 people. The scale used was the individual work performance Questionnaire scale and job stress scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods. The results obtained in this study showed that work stress had an effect on the performance of employees at the Banggai Kepulauan Regency Land Office with a percentage of 87,4%, therefore these results state that work stress has an impact on the performance of employees at the Banggai Kepulauan Regency Land Office
