Abstract

Si – Jek is an online motorcycle taxi-based service company made by the children of Situbondo which has been operating for about 5 years to date and has more than 5 thousand downloads on the Playstore. Based on reviews on playstore, the Si-Jek application still has some drawbacks. Analysis of user on the Si-Jek application is needed to find out whether the Si-Jek application meets the needs of its users. This study aims to determine the condition of end user satisfaction with the Si-Jek application using the EUCS method. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out using the EUCS method for Si-Jek application users, one EUCS variable is obtained, namely the Accuracy variable which affects the satisfaction of Si-Jek application users.
