This research is motivated by the role of community counselors in implementing case plans for
adult clients. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research uses
data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The aim of this
research is to find out the role of Community Counselors in the Implementation of Case Plans for
Adult Clients in Bapas class I Malang. The results of this research indicate that the role of
community counselors in implementing case plans for adult clients at Bapas class I Malang
includes: 1) Providing information, 2) Strengthening motivation, 3) Providing opportunities to
channel feelings, 4) Providing understanding of the situation, 5) Providing benefits reorganization
of behavior patterns, 6) provides the purpose of creating social change. The community counselor
carries out the implementation of the case plan as it should, starting from the initial stage, advanced
stage, and final stage which will result in changes in terms of attitudes.
