Abstract

Dam bulia in Gorontalo province is a dam with type urugan which type dam is very weak against runoff. To avoid this, the dam of this type should dilengkapai urugan the overflow structure that is used for solving the overflow discharge and increased flood water surface elevation that may result in runoff-runoff dam above the tree top, Under the guidance of technical planning and building height dam overflow can function effectively as a container and raise the water level, then this study formulated a plan How much discharge flood back 1000 years time (Q1000) and the maximum flood discharge (QPMF), How big is the optimum width of the overflow building as viewed from the economic and effective dam height How big is the optimum review from the economy with 5 alternative overflow width is 18, 22, 26, 30 and 35 m. From the results of analysis of hydrological data is obtained Q1000 134 075 m3/sec. The technical data as the basis for the calculation of cost containment is high HWL + 127.88, high NWL + 126.00, and high LWL + 116.00, and the high tree top weir is at elevation + 131.00. As for the overflow channel is planned with a width of 25 meters at an elevation of 126.00. From the analysis of optimization obtained optimm wide by 35 m wide overflow costs Rp. 11,599,255,011.23 while for the high dam body is needed for the overflow of 35 meters width is 23 m at a cost of Rp. 18.602.548,562.09
