Abstract
In an effort to succeed in all areas of development, the government through the Ministry of Settlement and Regional Infrastructure Directorate General of Highways of roads and bridges, build a bridge overpass (fly over) in the Old City, which lies in the way of Admiral Marta Dinata - street Colonel Sugiono. This is done to reduce the density of traffic on the road either at the usual hours or rush hour. Also onroad there is also a train crossing .. City flyover is planned with a long length of 300 m and width of 8 m by using prestressed concrete composite in which the relationship between plate and beam into a single unit (monolithic) by installing a shear connector / shear reinforcement to overcome the shear between the plate and beam. In planning to use the profile I prestressed beam with 3 tendons (VSL type E5-19). At the abutment using inverted T type with a length = 8 m, height = 6.2 m and base width = 3 m. On the pillar dimensions, with length = 8 m, height = 8.67 m and base width = 2.3 m. Wells are open to the abutment foundation and pillar by using 2 pieces of foundation with a diameter of 1.5 m and height 5 m. From the description above can be concluded that the construction of concrete and the foundation sinks safe and strong enough to be an alternative to the construction of a bridge overpass.
