Abstract
State University of Malang (UM) as one of the state higher education institutions in Malang. Number of academic activities as well as non-academic activities resulted in the movement, where users of private vehicles are not released to perform activities of parking which is certainly require the provision of car parking facilities, both four-wheel vehicles and motorcycles. Demand for UM campus parking requirement can cause problems if the provision of parking does not comply with existing demand. Therefore, setting an optimal land at UM have studied, for the existing land can be optimized. Evaluation and analysis capacity of parking lot using the formula Suwarjdoko Warpani 1990, while the index formula for Parking and Turn Over the Directorate General of Land Transportation 1999.
