Abstract
This research discusses setting up the multi-objective Optimal Power Flow (OPF) used for power generation so that it can run accorfing to load demand and can reduce generation costs and cosistently maintain power losses in order to remain optimal. The method used is Dragonfly Algorithm - Particle Swarm Optimization (DA-PSO) . Appication of the DA-PSO method on the IEEE 30 bus data electicity network. The results of these calculations are DA-PSO considering the emission function, can reduce power losses by 176,013 MW or 24.09% and the total cost of generation by 1032.58 $/h or 40.36%. So that it proves that by considering the emission function, it can reduce losses and generation costs properly.
