Abstract
The project implementation is essentially the process of changing resources and specific funds are organized into a steady development in accordance with the goals and expectations before. The existing problems is the number of required fees, the optimal amount of resources, and determine the optimal schedule on the construction project in Batu Parliament Building. In this re-planning process to determine how large the budget analysis of cost, how much resources and time schedule of the project so that efficient and economical in terms of cost, time and implementation, with the help of Microsoft Excel and Primavera Project Planner (P 3). Calculation results obtained from the Budget that is needed on the construction of the Parliament Building Stone Town this is Rp. 19,093,521,645.00. Time is needed in the construction of this Parliament Building is over 267 days of the planned 365 days .. and in getting the optimal human resources amounting to 327 people.
