Abstract
There are two research objectives: 1). Describing the Urgency of the Concept of Islamic Religious Education KH. Ahmad Dahlan for the Millennial Generation. 2). Describing the Concept of Islamic Religious Education According to KH. Ahmad Dahlan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects Books, journals, papers and also various other sources related to research needs. Data collection is done through documentation, namely looking for data on related matters in the form of books, paper notes, articles, journals and so on. While the data analysis researchers used content analysis or content analysis. The results showed that the concept of Islamic Religious Education K.H. Ahmad Dahlan For the Millennial Generation, namely: (1). Like two sides of a coin that cannot be separated, because the Millennial generation is the successor generation and education is a tool for them to develop and progress. For the sake of their future as well as the nation's generation.
