Abstract
In the construction project for Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Campus Building there are many tasks that needed to be work on. A good management in arrangement of time, resources and also expenses for each type of work are needed. Every work activities needed a good planning and origination to make it easy for the job, observation and also resources that are needed realization on the field. It will be expected that the project goes effectively, smooth and no rapid fluctuation on human resource. To simplify in compiling schedule and analyzing the cost estimation of expense, Microsoft Project 2003 is a helping tool for this project as management project software. The development of Muhammadiyah University Library Building in Ponorogo in an optimal method can be finished in 8 months or 37 week. This project will started in the first week of February 2005 and ended in the second week of October 2005 and the total cost estimate Rp.2.590.383.000,00 (Two thousand five hundreds ninety millions and three hundreds eighty three thousands rupiah)
