Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused students to take lectures offline. However, with the help of technology, lectures can continue in these difficult times. Therefore, this study explores the UTAUT theory through an extension of the model. In investigating the moderating role of Corona Fear on Behavioral Intention on LMS and Use Behavior on LMS among UMM students majoring in Animal Husbandry, Management and Informatics class 2017-2020. The data analysis of this research used PLS and SEM. The findings of this study indicate a positive relationship between Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI) and Facilitating Condition (FC) on Behavioral Intention of LMS and also the relationship between Behavioral Intention of LMS and Use behavior. In addition, the results of the analysis of the moderating role showed that Corona Fear moderated the relationship between PE, EE, SI and FC with BI LMS. This study found that it was necessary to increase the LMS experience to increase Behavioral Intention among UMM students majoring in Animal Husbandry, Management and Informatics class 2017-2020. Meanwhile, the author's recommendation for further researchers is to investigate the UTAUT model which was expanded in other universities during the COVID-19 pandemic by analyzing the influence of aspects of the factors that influence LMS acceptance in the use of e-learning systems.
