Abstract
Aim from this watchfulness measuress performance ud. andalas banyuwangi with balanced scorecard. as to technical analysis that used in measures performance in ud. andalas banyuwangi by means of ukur balanced scorecard. Finance perspective analysis result memfokuskan in sales growth rate (income increase) and profit net margin show enhanced, so that inferential that more the increasing of on profit growth and more the increasing of profit level that got. customer analysis shows that company always give best service to consumer, while from result number of customer knowable that depreciation existence tingakt prosentase, where does this depreciation not influence income level because balanced with order enhanced existence (order). analysis result business prespective knowable company success maximise potential that has and can depress jobless capacity level that can harm to company. based on study perspective result and growth knowable that during the time company management side always pay attention quality and productivity employees, also knowable that during the time company to can to defend employee that has spirit and tall discipline. Suggestion that can be submitted in this watchfulness that is supposed company can increase product quality and increase customer total. supposed company in do measurement on performance that achieved not only pass finance performance yardstick, but must look at yardstick non-keuangan also.
