Abstract

This study aims to determine the new public service in making job seeker ID cards (AK-1) at the Department of Transmigration, Manpower and Industry in East Luwu Regency. With so many enthusiasts in this service, the local government, especially the Department of Transmigration, Manpower and Industry, East Luwu Regency needs to change services to better and more efficient ones.New public service is a paradigm in service that is based on concepts that are essentially in accordance with the values that exist in society. The type of research used is qualitative, which is a form of research that aims to provide an overview of the types of data collected from the field objectively. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews with a number of informants.The results of the study indicate that the new public service in the service of making job seeker ID cards (AK-1) is quite good but still not optimal, this can be seen from indicators (1) service facilities consisting of (a) supporting service facilities which are considered not yet optimal. good because there are still constrained internet network connections which are sometimes unstable (b) the system service facilities are quite good. In indicator (2) the competence of human resources is quite good in terms of participation in trainings held by the central government so as to increase their capabilities and competencies in providing services. And in indicator (3) the responsiveness of the service is enough to see from the aspect of using the application in interaction with the community using applications that are often used by the community in communicating with each other so that the community can understand and understand communicating in this service.
