Abstract
In parencanaan there are all sorts of projects which are numerous, so we need a good management for timely implementation. Project management plays a very important to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively as possible. The analysis aims to reveal the project management issues and provides an alternative in the form of development and refinement that better meet the principles of simplicity, practicality and economy of the project. Planning costs and time by rescheduling mechanism (rescedulling) using Primavera Project Planner program. From the results of calculations performed by using Primavera Project Planner 3.0 program, obtained a total cost of Rp 2,319,132,920.00 (excluding contractor profit and VAT 10%) of the total project cost is budgeted at Rp. 2,320,147,309.13 (excluding contractor profit and VAT 10%). And panjadwalan (Rescedulling) from the time of the initial 169 days acceleration obtained 12 days, from a predetermined time limit.
