PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PARIWISATA KALIWATU RAFTING KOTA BATU

Human resouces are one of the most important factors in an organization or company than must be considered to achieve the goals of organization. From Kaiwatu Rafting Tourism, Batu city, there are problem in improving service to customer who need competent human resources and have good performance. This type of research is explanatory with population of all Kaliwatu Rafting Tourism employees, Batu city, witha sample of 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The research results show that leadership style has positive and significat effect on employee performance. Organization communication affects employee performance. Good or bad communication that is implemented will impact the performence of Kaliwatu rafting employees Batu City. Organixational cummunication has dominat effect on employee performance
