Abstract

The Department of Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BBKSDA) is one of the Government Services engaged in the Conservation of Natural Resources Cultivation which is located in Surabaya as the head office in East Java. The Department of Natural Resources Conservation (BBKSDA) has branch offices which are divided into 3 regions, namely: region I (Madiun), region II (Gresik), and region III (Jember). With the development of the current era and as a government effort to improve licensing services, it is mandatory for the government to implement the One Stop Integrated Service (PPTSP) [1]. The Department of Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BBKSDA) already has a web-based information system. However, it has not been integrated with branch offices. The problem that occurs is that applicants who are in the branch office must carry out the licensing process manually and the data in the branch does not go directly to the center. So that the licensing and data collection process is less efficient. Based on the problems faced by the Natural Resources Conservation Center (BBKSDA), the author tries to provide a solution to develop an integrated web-based information system. In developing this website-based information system using reuse-oriented method, programming language using PHP, database in the form of MySQL, Framework used is CodeIgniter, and testing system using Black-Box and UAT. With the development of this service information system, it is hoped that it will be able to solve existing problems, so as to facilitate and improve the performance of the captive licensing service process.
