Abstract
Milk from dairy cattle is one of the nutritious food source, because inside it contained with complete nutrient they are protein, fat, vitamin and mineral that cannot find in another human food stuff and it is very necessary for the growth and development of body. The quality and the production of milk are decided by nutrient that be consumed and be absorbed by the livestock, especially energy absorbed. Because of that, to get the better condition of ecology, some microbas can be given as supplement in probiotic form. The fiberous carbohydrate is feeds and the main energy resource for dairy cattle. The increasing fiberouse feed absorbed by giving probiotic bacteria sellulolitik are expected can increase the efficiency of feed using. The increasing of fiberouse feed absorbed will increase the availability of energy for increasing the production of milk. The purpose of this research is to know the effects of giving probiotic bacteria sellulolitik to the number of consumption and the production of dairy cattle milk PFH. The data is used in this research is the data from the result of observation in the form of the feed consumption (Kg) and the production of milk (liter) is done for 30 days where the data was taken everyday in the morning and in the evening. The giving probiotic bacteria sellulolitik as much as 20 ml per dairy cattle and done everyday start from 18 th until 33 th days. After that, the data was analised by using paired sample t test to know the difference of consumption number and production of dairy cattle milk PFH between before and after given probiotic bacteria sellulolitik. The result shows that the effect of giving feed additives in the form of probiotic bacteria sellulolitik really shows the real difference (p<0.01) to the number of the green feed consumption of dairy cattle and the number of milk production PFH. The average of the number of the green feed comsumption of dairy cattle and the number of milk production PFH after given feed additives in the form of probiotic bacteria sellulolitik get increase significantly it is the number of green feed consumption for dairy cattle as much as o.359 kg and the number of milk production PFH per day increase about 2.43 liter.
