Abstract
This study aimed to determine whether project Bulia Dam construction to be carried out by referring to pre-design and economic evaluation prior pendetailan project design and project recommendations. Economic parameters of the techniques in this study is NPV ≥ 0, BCR ≥ 1, and IRR ≥ 12.5% (interest rates for current investments by banks in Indonesia). From the results of analysis of hydrological data is obtained Q1000 134 075 m3/sec. The technical data as the basis for the calculation of cost containment is high HWL + 127.88, high NWL + 126.00, and high LWL + 116.00, and the high tree top weir is at elevation + 131.00. As for the overflow channel is planned with a width of 25 meters at an elevation of 126.00. Bulia Dam construction project is built to meet the needs of irrigation water, clean water, and electricity production in Sub Mootilango, District Gorontalo.Karena cost for this project is very large, so in this study will be assessed the factors that became a feasible parameter or not an project to be implemented. From the results obtained NPV Rp.3 discussion, 376,563,427.67, BCR at 1:05 at the interest rate of 14%, and ≥ 14.65% IRR 12.5%. So the project is feasible.
