Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of identifying problem formulation, based on the type of normative research with statutory, conceptual and philosophical approaches. This research argues that a new principle is needed, namely marriage as a form of worship to God that must be maintained, so that it is regulatedli'anIn Islam, what is accommodated in legislation can still be applied properly without harming any of the principles of marriage.
