Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the acceptance of retribution and its effects on increasing revenue in blitar regency. Giving local autonomy to finance to contruction of regional concequences, organize and manage the houshold. Levy marked is one potential user charges to provide enough income to local income. With a view to what extend to know levy revenue growth in the market and increase real income of local market know the size of the contribution of retribution against region income in blitar district, this research is entitled the role of market levy to increase real income of blitar dist rict. In this study might be any correlation and the relatively large contribution of retribution against region income markets in blitar regency. With the analysis show the precentage of market levies in blitar district increased an average of 12.93% per annum. In addition to the contribution analysis show the development of the market to increase the contribution of user charges revenue an average of 6.89% per annum. And witheffectiveness analysis showed a favorable development with an average value of 112.28% per year. From the anlysis result market acceptence of user charges have been effective in blitar district with a value of more than 100% each year. This indicates acceptence of retribution sector has so far been able to properly optimized, without the support of all parties involved in the withdrawal of retribution and it is impossible did well.
