Abstract
Financial Statement can be used as the source of information about corporate performance especially in Capital Market. The investor will analyze and evaluate the corporate performance before they decide to make investment. In financial statement analysis, there will be explanation of each items in detail. Thus, either investor or owner will have good understanding about the corporate performance based on that financial statement analysis. After they have good understanding about it, they can predict the profit growth in advance. One of the most used Financial Statement Analysis is Ratio Analysis. This analysis describes the relationship between certain items in financial statement. The user of this analysis can determine liquidity, solvability, rentability, even predict the profit growth. On this observation, we will find the influence of liquidity, solvability, activity, and profitability to predict profit growth in advance. Either owner or investor can get the proper decision based on this observation.
