Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe employee performance, motivation, ability and commitment of the organization, knowing the influence of motivation, ability and commitment of the organization to employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population is the entire employee of Pos Ketan Legenda 1967. This research sample uses saturated sampling that is all employees of 32 people. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use multiple scale ranges and linear regressions to answer the objectives of this study. Based on the results of the study obtained that employee performance belongs to the high category, motivation belongs to the high category, ability belongs to the category of sufficient and organizational commitment falls into the high category. Motivation significantly affects employee performance. Ability significantly affects employee performance. Organizational Commitment significantly affects employee performance Motivation, Capability and Commitment Organization has a significant simultaneous impact on employee performance.
