Abstract

Monitoring of photovoltaic is needed to see the performance of a photovoltaic in real conditions. The use of photovoltaic must be monitored to prevent overcharge or overdischarge which will shorten battery life. and the Solar Panel used in the UMM Fisheries Lab does not yet have a monitoring system sistem. Thus, this study aims to make it easier for users to monitor photovoltaic in real-time to measure electrical systems (current, power, and voltage). To fulfill this research, this system uses an INA219 current sensor with a data transmission system using a Raspberry Pi that is connected to the internet and is integrated into the web and the storage used in this research is Firebase with Realtime Database features. With the variable value of the electrical system and time information on the web, the display will be more attractive and easier to monitor. The tests carried out in this study include sensor readings, data transmission, data storage, and overall testing. With what has been tested, it is hoped that all the tools and systems that have been designed will run well and can make it easier to monitor photovoltaic and batteries.
