Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic encouraged every country including Indonesia to implement lockdown for all forms of public activities in public places including closed educational institutions. Current learning uses online learning methods, it is also applied by students in the lecture process. Of course, this change cannot be accepted directly and needs adaptation, as well as demands and constraints during the process can cause academic stress. This research conducted to determine the level of student academic stress using quantitative descriptive methods. Collected data by likert scale with accidental sampling technique on research subjects totaling 269 students. Based on research that had been done, obtained results that most of the students a total of 208 (77.32%) have stress in academics on medium level which indicated that the students perceived their academic demands highly happen to themself on online learning during covid-19 pandemic. It is also obtained the three aspects that make stress in academic on this research is also in a medium level of stress.
