Abstract

This research purposes to explain of activity management of The Working Group of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Elementary School (KKG PAI SD) which is seen from the form of activity planning, implementation of activities and evaluation of activities of KKG PAI Elementary School. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with research subjects namely the management of KKG PAI SD activities that include activity supervisors, activity chairmen, coordinators and members of the field of activities of KKG PAI SD in Kec. Muara Badak. The types of research are case studies and data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. From the results of the study shows (1) The form of activity planning uses short-term program planning and long-term programs, and in the planning of activities also plan the necessary funding during the running of the activities, (2) The implementation of the activities has been in line with the planning that has been made, seen from the implementation of activities carried out regularly on a monthly basis, the speakers presented not only come from internal activities but also invite speakers from the District and Province, and various trainings and activities related to the community, (3) Furthermore, evaluation of the activities of KKG PAI SD in Kec. Muara Badak is to block into two stages, namely evaluation of each end of the activity and annual evaluation. Evaluation is carried out independently by the board, so submitted to members through forums and evaluation results are reported to relevant institutions such as the Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of Education and Culture.
