Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance and to determine how much influence between work motivation and work environment on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative research design. The sample used in the study amounted to 30 employess with the use of saturated sample techniques,namely all members of the population were used as samples. The data analysis technique used is scale range, multiple linear regression using hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of the R Square (R2) data are 0.503. This shows that 50.3% of the variable work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance, while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors. The results of the scale range show that work motivation is in the motivated category, the work environment is classified as good and the performance is high. Work motivation and work environment together have a positive effect on performance. The test results show that partially there is a significant effect of work motivation on performance and there is an influence of the work environment on performance.
