Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on consumer trust, product quality on customer loyalty, customer trust on customer loyalty and product quality influence on customer loyalty mediated by trust. This research is a descriptive research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach and data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were customers who made purchases of Kopinesia products with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is path analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that product quality affects consumer confidence. Product quality affects consumer loyalty, customer trust affects customer loyalty and product quality affects customer loyalty mediated by trust.
